About Aaron Gruber

I’m a SaaS sales professional focused on helping auto repair shops modernize how they run, grow, and connect with customers. At Bolt On Technology, I worked my way up from BDR to Account Executive in under two years, earning two promotions and ranking as the top salesperson in both MRR and new rooftop acquisition. What sets me apart is radical empathy and long-term thinking. I know the shop management software space inside and out, and I’ve had thousands of conversations with shop owners weighing their options. I don’t just push for a sale; I guide people toward what truly fits their business, even if that means walking away. That approach has helped me target ICP accounts effectively, build lasting relationships, and earn a reputation for putting shop success before short-term wins.
