I have thirty seven years of Leadership, Key Account Management, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical sales. Recognized for keen business acumen and marketing experience, I have consistently achieve top 10% sales nationally. Authoritative understanding of U.S. health care and Criminal Justice marketplace - I am motivated by results, urgency and a personal commitment to improving patients’ lives. Established as a successful agent of change in the ability to access and collaborate with different departments and matrix layers to motivate group action. I look to the future and have the ability to think strategically and bring an entrepreneurial focus to the enterprise. In my latest role I was asked to build, hire and manage 10 Key Account Managers (KAM) for 27 western states including strategy, budgets, MBO’s, KPI’s and IDP’s. Through analytics, prioritized KAM targeting opportunities in IDNs, Criminal Justice (CJ), Federal and State funding, and National Treatment Systems. Managed the P&L for the portfolio collaborating with the Brand Sales and Marketing teams for improving identification and treatment access for patients with Substance Use Disorder and Severe Mental Illness. Over the courses of 5 years the team out performed expectations and goals in the IDN and criminal justice segments, they also were recognized in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by Health Industries Research (HIRC) as top KAMs in Mid-Size Firms. I am looking to continue my career in pharmaceuticals/biotech in a leadership role, preferably in key accounts. I have experience and success building a key accounts team including hiring, mentoring and coaching to achieve and exceed goals.
