With the goal of one day starting my own studio I've made it a priority to learn the key roles involved in it's operation. Whether I'm speaking to Artists, Production, Pipeline, IT, Operations, Business Development, Clients or the Creative teams, I'm able to understand what they're saying based on my personal experience. I can listen to the problem and provide helpful feedback and suggestions that leads to resolutions. I'm also very passionate about creating personal content. I enjoy writing, designing and creating my own stories. This provides me with an excellent test environment to ensure my at home pipeline tools, bidding processes, asset builds, file systems, scheduling and project organization is optimized and efficient. If something needs to be changed I can do it right then and know it will help make my studio better when launched. I'm always interested in making new contacts and discussing new ideas.
