About Aaron Henry

In Sales EQ Jeb Blount said,"If you want to make money, you have to help someone else make money." These words resonate with me. Business is no longer about just making money; it is about driving your own growth through the growth of others. As an aspiring professional I have had the chance to practice this principle through growing accounts and increasing sales. From helping decision-makers meet their goals of employee safety and comfort while serving accounts at Footwear Outfitters, to developing the stories and showcasing the value of collectable coins on the e-commerce front at 7K Metals, I have cultivated a growth mindset and a desire to add value wherever I go.Skills and personal keys to success:• Catching a bigger vision, culture and values• Comfortable being pushed and learning new things• Managing relationships while staying data and performance focused• Market analysis and competitive positioning• E-commerce and retail sales• Microsoft Excel• Financial literacyOutside of business and education, I push myself by participating in the local soccer scene as a player, coach, and referee. I keep a golf handicap and set goals to continuously make improvements. Let’s connect! I am always open to new opportunities and learning experiences. Feel free to reach out!
