With over 26 years of teaching and executive experience in middle and high schools, I am a change agent committed to social justice and service. As the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at the Lovett School, I ensure the school's commitment to its Diversity Statement through curricular and co-curricular programs and policies that engage, educate, and direct students, faculty, staff in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.I am a passionate, innovative, and transformative educator, who provides annual professional development to faculty and staff, oversees and coordinates student groups, clubs, retreats, and activities related to DEIB, and reports to the Principal as a member of the Administrative team. I am also a lifelong learner with a passion to foster a love of learning and wellness in others, and a fierce advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at all levels of school life.
