About Aaron Isaac

State Farm has given me a great opportunity to lead people and projects using Agile principles. I have held the positions of; Developer, Infrastructure Analyst, System Designer, Process Modeler, Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Sponsor, Cisco Relationship Manager, Professional Development Manager, Change Manager, Component Manager, Service Manager, Staff Assistant, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. I have held assignments in; Claims, Middleware, Windows Operating Systems, UNIX, Local Area Network, Virtual Private Network, Network Diagnostics, Enterprise Search, SharePoint, Business Social, Digital Media, Idea Management, State Farm's Internet and Intranet, Analytics, In-Language (Spanish), and Enterprise Content Management. In my career I have had the pleasure of directly managing over 200 internal and external associates so I have developed ways to work well with multiple personalities and cultures. I am a servant leader and form very strong bonds with the people I have the opportunity to work with. I build strong relationships with my leadership, Business Partners, vendors, support areas, and peers. I have significant Vendor Management and Security experience, and have worked closely with Executive, Legal, Compliance, Change, and Risk. My assignments have been mostly Enterprise in nature. I have enjoyed leading significant efforts (projects and programs) in my Project Management and Manager career and maintain my Project Management Professional designation. I have professionally managed over hours at State Farm while I was a project/program manager with teams of over 200 people at times. I believe any company would benefit from someone who can drive work and is truly passionate for Agile.
