My path so far: Former City Administrator – Worked with amazing staff, local elected officials, small and large business owners/leaders, residents, developers, and state representatives to shape community growth. Learned how deals move through government and the considerations that local governments need to take when evaluating projects and potential financial involvement. STR Developer & Operator – Financed, built, and now operate The McAllister, a luxury short-term rental in Lutsen, MN. Firsthand experience in site selection, purchasing off market, raising capital, managing construction, and creating profitable operations. Currently completing real estate licensure(Sept 2025) and actively pursuing opportunities to learn directly from experienced professionals in development to contribute to projects and grind through the work it takes to succeed in the industry. I am currently working on the development of a small real estate investment vehicle with trusted partners, focused on projects that combine strong returns with community benefit. What drives me is a deep excitement to learn from the best, the willingness to do the hard work, and a vision for scalable real estate that delivers both strong returns and lasting community impact.
