About Aaron Jetton

As a professional, I have spent the last decade working in social services and am transitioning into the information technology sector, with Associate degrees in Computer Information Systems, Network Administration, and Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. I specialized in database management and design, system analysis documentation and design processes, and project and team management, leading group and individual system analysis, networking, and database projects, often operating as project manager and lead designer. with these projects, I have expanded leadership skills, facilitated the organization and allocation of weekly tasks and deadlines, managed team conflict, technical editing of project reports, and overall expansion of system analysis practices Most recently, I operated as project manager and designer of a data system and supporting software for a local healthcare clinic to support their analyses and decision making of clients and treatments. This involved extensive interviewing and requirements analysis, risk, finance, and impact assessments, ERD and Database modeling, diagrams, and early application development. As a human, I have a love of learning and history, particularly in how sciences and technologies shape culture and civilizations. I also have passions for mental health and developmental disability advocacy, doing what I can to promote awareness and provide resources and support for those without it.
