About Aaron Keyes

Aaron is an Executive Coach with Novus Global, an elite firm of world-class coaches who help leaders, organizations, and teams get unprecedented results. His 20+ years of experience coaching leaders from dozens of countries around the world position him uniquely to serve leaders or teams of any size in their respective industries and organizations. Since 2020, Aaron has also worked in finance as a mortgage banker, currently with Valor Home Loans, where he specializes in the game-changing All in One Loan. For 25 years prior, Aaron worked as a musician, songwriter, and worship leader while he and his band travelled nationally & internationally, writing and recording songs, leading and teaching teams, and training leaders. Aaron has launched several content, coaching, and consulting businesses, including the 2008 decision he and Megan made to birth a revolutionary leadership school with four students coming to live in their basement and on their tour bus for six months of real, gritty shared-life and on-the-job apprenticeship. Since then, many hundreds of leaders from around the world have come through their home, gone through their Masters-accredited training, graduated from the school they founded (10KFAM), and joined his online learning community. Aaron continues to travel to perform, speak, consult, and write songs. Aaron has recorded multiple albums with many artists, and currently has a song in the top 100 called “Abide.”
