I am a fully qualified researcher/document retrieval specialist with over 13 years of experience within the legal field including 10 years research experience in the Metro Atlanta area. As an active member of the PRRN, the MSPA and the AAN I currently specialize in extensive background investigations and assistance in fraud investigations, pre-employment screening, and criminal/civil research for firms representing both Plaintiffs and Defendant. I have worked with and have extensive knowledge of historical deed searches, real estate filings, official records and UCC code and have worked covertly for clients in order to assess properties and places of business. Also I am experienced in the assistance and consultation of trial technology. In addition to this I have worked and assisted in numerous other aspects of the legal field including- Assisting the Department of Justice in trial presentation as well as the FBI in the seizure of documents and their databasing- Two years working strictly with the formation of databases regarding mass tort documents and filings for asbestos and tobacco cases- Three years as a project manager for the imaging of documents relating to litigation- Three years supervising mass tort online repositories for the State of Mississippi. With schedules and deadlines often being crucial to court cases I take pride in my work and capabilities and my commitment is to the client in completing the work accurately and on time. My experience and work allows me to find specific date tuned to each individual case and knowledge of the means to procure information. I have given lectures on public records for the gate city bar association and GAPPI.
