I received my B.S. in Marketing/Sales from Ferris State University with a complementary Associates degree in Communications. After graduating I continued my role as Sales Manager while our store finished in the top 25% every month under my management. I spent 2+ years in Detroit working in Account management on the Agency side for Ford then another 2 years at a smaller Agency in Raleigh managing accounts like Advance Auto Parts, CARQUEST, Blue Cross Blue Shield NC & more. I am now working for the NC Army National Guard heading up all marketing initiatives, with a high focus on social media, in order to support the recruiters and brand image. This new role has allowed me to become better at driving process, innovating existing communication strategies, and improve upon managing multiple platforms effectively.
