That's because more than technology, transformation requires knowing your business, your customers, your culture, your team and your constraints, intimately - and that's what I love doing. With education in computer science and business (marketing), and experience in business intelligence, knowledge management, digital marketing, web development and change management, I have a fairly unique ability to understand people's problems and work to solve them.
