At UVic, I am completing a PhD on the topic of legal design. I am long-time conflict resolution practitioner, with a history of instruction at the JIBC (Family Justice) and hold advanced mediation certifications from FMC and Mediate BC. At UVic, I instruct in Law and Dispute Resolution and Legal Design. At Mediate BC, I am the current manager of training. With the BC Access to Justice Center for Excellence I am a research fellow, and currently working on initiatives related to the intersection of consensual dispute resolution and intimate partner violence.
