I helped launch Blue Door Agency in 2017, and I’ve been growing with the company ever since. What started as a small, ambitious team has become a full-service PR, digital, and design agency — and today, I’m proud to serve as Director of Operations. My focus is on building the systems, processes, and teams that enable us to move forward and deliver tangible results for our clients. Over the years, I’ve- Led cross-functional operations across PR, digital, design, and client services - Streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the agency - Built and mentored high-performing teams, creating space for growth and accountability - Managed financial, human, and technological resources to support sustainable expansion - Aligned day-to-day operations with client goals and measurable outcomes I’m passionate about taking big ideas and turning them into repeatable, scalable processes that strike a balance between creativity and accountability. Ultimately, my role is about ensuring that our people and clients have what they need to succeed.
