About Aaron Lim

I’m an RPA Developer and Analyst with a strong passion for leveraging automation to drive real business value. From working in a corporate Center of Excellence (CoE) environment to adapting quickly in a startup setting, I’ve experienced both the structure of large-scale automation governance and the agility required in lean teams. This dual exposure has sharpened my technical skills in UiPath and SQL, while also giving me a clear understanding of what it takes to build and scale an effective CoE—from setting standards and best practices to managing stakeholder expectations and delivering measurable outcomes.Beyond technical execution, I’ve consistently taken initiative to step into leadership-adjacent roles—acting as a business analyst, guiding peers, and bridging communication between technical teams and business units. These experiences have prepared me to move confidently into a formal leadership role, where I can not only deliver automation solutions but also guide teams, shape strategy, and help organizations mature their automation capabilities.I’m driven by the challenge of turning complex processes into streamlined solutions, and I thrive in environments where ownership, collaboration, and long-term impact matter. I’m ready to lead, contribute, and help build automation practices that truly scale.
