I am a successful CFO and Business Partner with over 20 years of Financial and Management experience. 8 years ago I started 3PF with Chris White and Jeremy Paul. Together we had previously run the finance team for Winning Group for 5 years through their tremendous growth phase. 3PF IS AN EXPERIENCED OUTSOURCED CFO AND FINANCE TEAM "As part of your team we help your business achieve its full potential by providing the right commercial advice and removing the admin headaches" My previous role as Winning Group CFO provided me with market leading experience in both online and traditional retail as one of the key Executives of the Winning Group (Appliances Online and Winning Appliances). This combined with my significant global experience as part of Gurit, a manufacturer and distributor of composite materials for the Wind Energy, Marine and Transportation industries has provided me with a diverse range of skills. My determination, teamwork and will to succeed has been developed during my successful sailing career where I won numerous Sailing World Championships. Sailing instilled in me the importance of being prepared and being able to deal with unpredictable environments. It also re-enforced the need to get the best out of a team and continuous improvement whilst striving for a goal. These skills combined with my Financial and Management background have allowed me to succeed in fast moving environments where change and improvement is normal. I thrive on working side by side with entrepreneurial CEO’s and Executive Team’s that I can partner with to enable them to successfully achieve their strategic goals.
