About Aaron Long

At Sleep Number, safeguarding our team is my number one priority. I blend my extensive military law enforcement background with robust OSHA training to navigate the intricacies of California's legal landscape. Our safety committee, under my leadership, thrives on a continuous improvement ethos, ensuring all employees and visitors benefit from unwavering protection and safety standards. During my tenure as the California Security and Safety Partner, I have successfully built effective teams and relationships with internal and external partners, such as our local emergency responders. I have also developed and implemented numerous safety initiatives which have honed my skills in operational planning, risk assessment, and asset protection. The culture of safety I promote is not only a reflection of Sleep Number's values but also my mission to maintain an environment where security and safety protocols are not just followed but ingrained in our daily operations.
