About Aaron MacIsaac

As the Director of Operations, I lead the production teams at 5 production facilities across the island to deliver results in safety, quality, performance, and engagement. With over 23 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, I have worked in the dairy, frozen foods, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries, gaining expertise in process improvement, employee training, and regulatory affairs. I have also been involved in several continuous improvement projects, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In addition to my manufacturing career, I am a seasoned football coach with more than 28 years of coaching experience at various levels. Currently, I am the head coach of the Holland College Hurricanes Men's Football Team, where I apply my leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop young athletes. I am also a lifelong student, pursuing a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Leadership, after completing a Master of Business Administration degree in Innovative Management. My passion is to build high-performing teams that share a common vision and goal.
