Developer Role • Over 16 years of experience as a IT Professional with Java technologies and extensive experience working with Spring and Hibernate application frameworks to develop enterprise caliber quality software • Became the Subject Matter Expert for integrations and took on many product management roles as a Computer Systems Analyst including gathering requirements from customers, developing technical specifications, working with 3rd party vendors and maintaining the product backlog • Self-sufficient and independent with over 7 years’ experience remotely providing consulting services and building integrations for key customers • Led a development team during the transition to Agile methodology; the team successfully met every software release date • Worked directly with partners and conducted onsite visits with Fortune 500 customers to understand their needs, define requirements, and develop integrated solutions • Led multiple hands-on training sessions for coworkers, vendors and field engineers including a Vivit Deep Dive Training class at HP Software Universe
