I have worked in HSE since and have been a Paramedic since 1997. I have COSS, USCG Barge Supervisor, Radiation Safety Officer and regulatory instructor. My background includes office and field/remote location settings as supervisor, trainer, analysts and advisor. I have worked as an assessor of personnel and process competency as well as spearheading and overseeing training curriculum development and implementation. My experience includes HSE/regulatory, HSE data Analyst for data trending, accident prevention/investigation, BBSP training/coaching, LMRA, HIRA, PHA and auditing/assessment of projects, job tasks and vendor companies process safety. My skills include use of data trend software such as Tibco Spotfire, Microsoft PowerBI for preparing trend/report visualizations and mitigation recommendations. I am well versed in database design characteristics and setup, Microsoft suite applications, and presenting information to management, leadership, and field personnel alike. My experience relates to USCG, BSEE, OSHA and other regulatory agency requirements as well as company compliance and best practices for safe work, using Industrial Hygiene methods and measurements.
