About Aaron Markley

As the Operations Director at Rabble Mill, a nonprofit organization that empowers and creates upward mobility for youth through out-of-school engagement, alternative education, and workforce development, I oversee the core functions of the organization, including web services, evaluation, data analysis, facilities management, liability, IT, digital security, and major projects and initiatives. I have more than 15 years of diverse and cross-functional experience in various industries and sectors, such as education, events, technology, music, entrepreneurship, and service and retail. I am passionate about finding the right, data-driven solutions to meet complex business problems and seeing them through from ideation to implementation. I leverage my PMP certification and skills in project management, business analysis, systems administration, and problem solving to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Rabble Mill and its programs. One of the best components of my role is the vital job of collaborating and partnering with various stakeholders, such as staff, students, board, donors, vendors, and community members, to support the mission and vision of the organization.
