About Aaron Martinez

Aaron Martinez is a legal professional with more than 10 years of experience in providing high-quality services, political consulting, and media strategy. He is a former journalist, Legislative Director, and paralegal, as well as a proud graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy Law School. In law school, Aaron earned both the Dean’s Scholarship and the Book Award for the Trial Advocacy course. He also has experience in personally litigating criminal defense matters under the student practice court rule. Aaron’s experience in the law is wide-ranging, and includes experience working in litigation as well as successfully authoring and passing bipartisan legislation. He has been a member of over 15 different criminal defense trial teams throughout the state of Michigan, earning acquittals or dismissals in almost all of them. Aaron has had hands-on experiencing working on cases involving elected officials, professional athletes, and other high-profile individuals with the utmost confidentiality. Outside of the office, Aaron loves exploring new places with his wife and dog, and enjoys listening to new music releases, a hobby he’s had since he began working in radio broadcasting in 2009.
