At Schoox, I apply over 6 years of experience in the IT field to enable seamless remote troubleshooting and effective problem-solving for SaaS. My role as a Support Engineer not only allows me to support users but to also improve our team's collective efficiency and customer satisfaction. My approach integrates respect, laughter, compassion, and empathy; fostering a work environment conducive to collaboration and growth. This philosophy has been key in my success at Schoox and in the past, and I'm constantly refining it to be adaptable to any situation. I further challenge myself to be adaptable and build teamwork by regularly playing in and running games of Dungeons & Dragons. Like any professional musician or artist, skills require regular practice and usage in order to grow and develop further. A game like D&D pushes both players and game master to work together as a team, improvise and adapt to changes and challenges on the fly, and to view things from new perspectives. People respond best to authenticity, and I always give them my authentic self; A compassionate and empathetic person who just wants to help everyone I come across. I just want to save the world, one smile at a time.
