About Aaron McCullagh

As a kinesiologist and occupational health consultant, I have spent my career finding solutions to problems when it comes to health, safety, and performance at work. Occupational health can be one of the largest factors in overall human health since so much of our lives is spent at work. I believe that a healthy and safe workplace is directly connected to a healthy society overall. It is my mission to advocate and bring evidence-based solutions to the workplaces I serve. Combining regulatory standards, tracking leading indicators of success, and engaging with the teams I serve, I am a leader in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. I believe that creating programs that are inclusive and motivate all stakeholders, is the best way to bring proactive safety programs into reality. My work has allowed me to be a conduit between workers and management teams to help organizations support their people and achieve their business goals. I have used the experience over the last 5 years to build strong health and safety cultures across multiple organizations.
