About Aaron McGarvey

I shape airline networks, optimizing the allocation of resources to drive profitability and customer reach. With over 10 years of experience in commercial aviation functions, I bring together network planning, scheduling, and revenue management experience to shape and implement network strategy. I work cross functionally across Network Planning, Scheduling and Partnerships teams, with constant exposure to C-suite leaders. I am a result driven team player who thrives in organizations with clearly articulated strategies for growth and where I am given opportunities to shape the organizations future. Within network strategy my day-to-day work includes scenario modelling, long term fleet planning, cost and productivity improvement initiatives, profitability forecasting and competition analysis. Outside of strategy design, I lead the network management component of large change projects (ie fleet renewal and retrofit programs), and I am responsible for identifying new business opportunities, both in terms of new regions and destinations as well as future ways of working.
