I am a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer with the technical aptitude and experience to back it up. I have 10 years combined experience selling, demonstrating, training, and supporting mid-market and Enterprise level SaaS platforms, integrations, marketing tools, software components, and web projects.I spent the last 4 years working at Syncfusion, a software components company, as a lead sales engineer and custom development project manager. While there I overhauled the consulting business, helped launch new products successfully and oversaw the creation of a new internal support escalation team.Before that I was at iContact, an email marketing company, for 6.5 years. In that time, I expanded my technical skills to include knowledge of the Salesforce CRM, SQL, C# and.NET, Visual Studio, and more while working in a technical support role. I developed processes for installing applications within Salesforce, managing data, and running custom reports. I also fulfilled a Sales Engineer role where I managed demo webinars, put together training sessions, and collaborated heavily with the product and marketing teams. I was primarily responsible for customer success by employing all facets of my knowledge to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
