I have been serving in the United States Navy for the past nine years, It is time that I expand my horizons and do what I have a passion for, and that is fitness. Before I joined the Navy, I was severely overweight exceeding 300 plus pounds, the doctor told me I had to make a change and so I did. This was the point where I knew I wanted to do fitness, I lost over 100 pounds myself and I haven't slowed down since. I'm preparing to step into the civilian world and I want to help those around me. I recently got hired on as a certified personal trainer at Onelife Fitness in Frederick Maryland. I want to help as many people as I possibly can, if I can lose the immense amount of weight I know everyone else can!
