About Aaron Monaghan

I co-founded Steady Care Australia in 2019 because I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality, Participant-focused support - especially those who can't always advocate for themselves. My work is driven by a commitment to ensuring that disability services are transparent, ethical and truly centred on Participant choice and control. As Managing Director & Quality Lead, I oversee all aspects of the business, from compliance and governance to service quality and strategic direction. I take a hands-on approach to meeting and exceeding NDIS requirements, ensuring that we not only adhere to regulations but also provide meaningful, Participant-first support. My background in compliance, training and operational leadership has given me a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks and risk management. Over the course of 15 years at WAM Training, I progressed through senior leadership roles, ultimately serving as General Manager & CEO. In this capacity, I specialised in compliance, quality assurance and business management, overseeing operations and ensuring the organisation earned its reputation as a respected Registered Training Organisation. While leading Steady Care Australia, I continue to work alongside WAM Training, supporting its ongoing commitment to excellence in training and compliance. 🧭 In addition to my leadership and compliance roles, I am an experienced Support Coordinator, working directly with NDIS Participants and their families. I have supported a diverse range of Participants with complex needs, helping them to navigate the NDIS, achieve their goals and exercise real choice and control. I currently have capacity to take on new Support Coordination clients.
