I help organizations and communities transform. I am committed to advancing social & environmental impact through experiential, inclusive, culturally relevant, and global education and training. I am a seasoned executive and advisor with over 20 years of experience in advancing social and environmental impact through education, sustainability, and non-profit leadership. I hold a Ph.D. in Sustainability Education from Prescott College and have deep experience in servant leadership, organizational alignment, process improvement, strategic corporate philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship. With a bias for action, I help organizations and communities achieve their goals and drive impact. As an accomplished executive leader and advisor for social and environmental impact organizations, foundations, NGOs, and Corporate philanthropy offices, I model being a strategic, empathetic, authentic, values-driven, and committed leader. I have extensive experience in strategically addressing climate and the sustainable development goals through dynamic place-based and global programs. My greatest superpower is helping individuals and teams to be and do better, with a keen ability to work across cultures and geographies, providing adaptive and engaged leadership to drive impact.
