As Growth and Development Manager at Empire Fighting Chance, I lead the expansion of one of the UK’s most innovative sport for development organisations, using boxing and mentoring to transform the lives of young people facing adversity and inequality. With a strong background in building national and international partnerships, I work with communities, governments, NGOs, and grassroots sports organisations to design and scale programmes that create real, measurable social impact. I am passionate about the power of sport as a tool for social change, breaking down barriers, building resilience, and unlocking potential.
