I am a Technical Sales & Product Specialist with 10+ years in a highly regulated Industry here in Ireland. At the beginning of my career I received a BSc in Biosciences with Food Quality Management along with an BSc (Hons) in Biopharmaceuticals. After working in the Food industry for a number of years mainly in Food Safety & Technical roles I worked towards an MSc in Food Regulatory Affairs with the University of Ulster. I have also gained qualifications in Lead HACCP, Internal Auditing, TACCP/VACCP & Listeria Management. I am currently employed by the (Brennan & Co Group Ireland) within the Life Sciences Division for Food & Dairy. We aim to be leaders in delivering solutions for Food Diagnostics on the Island of Ireland primarily to Service Laboratories, Public Health Laboratories & Food producers. My fundamental message when speaking to customers in relation to food contaminants is 'prevention is better then cure'. Hygiene is a fundamental pre-requisite for all FBO's. HACCP help us reduce hazards to an acceptable level in our every day working life. It is my intention to help our customers meet those challenges head on with the knowledge and experience I have acquired over the years. At Brennan & Co we currently partner with some of the word's leading specialists in Food Diagnostics-Bio Rad for Microbiological Quality Indicator, Disease & Pathogen testing in Food, Veterinary & Water. FMCG are challenged daily on getting Rapid results 'before the horse has bolted'.
