As the Coordinator of Information and Technology at Livingstone Shire Council, I oversee the IT operations, technology infrastructure, business applications, GIS and cybersecurity of the organization, ensuring the delivery of reliable, efficient, and innovative IT services and solutions. I have more than 15 years of experience in IT management, network administration, and Microsoft technologies, as well as multiple certifications from Microsoft.I have completed an MBA in Computing with a focus on cyber security at Charles Sturt University, where I am developing my skills and knowledge in this rapidly evolving field. I have also completed the ADF Cyber Gap Program, a 12-month intensive training and mentoring program that prepares IT professionals for cyber security roles. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that strives to meet both business and customer expectations, and I have demonstrated my competencies in stakeholder liaison, communication, negotiation, presentation, training, Microsoft Exchange, and budget preparation.
