Career has spanned numerous industries allowing for experience in different industries including oil & gas, construction, technology and distribution. The vision of the future in any role pursued, is to continue to leave any organization in a better position than when I arrived. In leadership role, identify target areas through evalution and structure a game plan to achieve desired results through collaboration with all levels of an organization. In the process challenging and lifting others to perform better while allowing others to excel by using their individual talents and abilities to complete tasks. The ultimate goal is to improve execution and efficientcy through all areas to achieve our collective goals. In the middle, use my ability to be resourceful and contribute in any role that is desired or pursued. Passion for finding creative and valuable solutions to improve any aspect of the an organizations execution and performance.
