About Aaron Osullivan

A pharmaceutical chemist with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Limerick (2024). My research focused on optimizing the critical quality attributes of pharmaceutical cocrystals using scalable, continuous, and single-step crystallization and drying techniques. My work aimed to control particle size, crystallinity, and polymorphic form to enhance drug product performance. Currently, I work as a Small Molecule Scientist in the TS/MS group at Eli Lilly, Kinsale, specializing in process optimization. My projects to date have included reactor material compatibility testing and investigating issues related to centrifugation, isolation, and product characteristics of drug product intermediates. With strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach, I thrive in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality solutions. My problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to manage complex tasks and optimize manufacturing processes, allow me to contribute effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
