Aaron's career span across general and health insurance, mobile payment systems and the telecom industries within cross-cultural multinational environments. He humbly attained the C-suite ( CFO ) much faster than the average of 13+ years of post-graduation experience in a highly regulated insurance industry. He was depended upon to manage the M&A due diligence of the finances and the transfer of lives from Momentum Health Mutual Scheme to Metropolitan Health Insurance; a member of MMI Holdings listed on JSE, South Africa. He was instrumental in positioning the brand from health insurance administrator to a Private Commercial Health Insurance company that eventually turned-around the loss making company to a profitable position. He excelled at boosting liquidity resulting in service provider and client confidence by maintaining a 2+ years record of 60-day+ account receivables within 6-10% of revenue during his tenure as Finance Manager. Aaron also has work experience at world #3 telecom giant and #1 Fortune India 500, Bharti Airtel. He oversaw roles in mobile money payment systems, inventory and the telecom business of interconnect and roaming. He humbly rose through the ranks to the position of Accountant, and managed the 5 local (MTN, Vodafone, Tigo, Glo & Expresso) and 8 foreign (AT & T, Belgacom, BT etc) accounts, contributing 30%+ of Airtel Ghana's revenue. Aaron is a consummate business leader, a trusted and passionate advisor. He enjoys coaching the less experienced and view issues from a strategy perspective without losing sight of main drivers.
