I joined Bank of America Corporation as a financial advisor after completing my examination in related fields. As a new employee, I received training from the company and became familiar with the company's financial products and services. As a financial advisor, I work with individual clients to understand their financial goals and needs and help them develop individualized financial planning and investment strategies. I provide professional advice and develop strong relationships with clients. As a result of my excellent performance as a financial advisor, I got more opportunities to work in investment banking. I started working with the investment banking team, providing support in conducting financial modelling, market research and due diligence. I am actively involved in projects and have shown enthusiasm and talent for investment banking. In the third year, my skills and experience in the investment banking field continued to improve, and I became responsible for more complex financial modeling and analysis tasks independently. I have demonstrated excellent performance in the team, demonstrating a deep understanding and creativity in investment banking analysis. This got the attention of the team leaders and paved the way for my career growth. Year 4: I was promoted to Investment Banking Analyst through my outstanding performance in Investment Banking Analysis. As an Investment Banking Analyst, I am responsible for participating in and leading investment banking transactions and projects. I am deeply involved in market research, financial modeling, due diligence and writing of investment reports. I work with the team, working closely with investment bankers, financial advisors and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
