Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Aaron PAMBU LELO, I am from DR Congo and was born on August 1st 1988 in the city of Bandundu in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). I got my undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology in 2012 from the University of Kinshasa, DRC. After my graduation, I worked as a lecturer assistant from 2012 to now. I supervised undergraduates in their research. The research focus in the lab was on traditional foods and their impact on health. In 2016, I have been pursuing a Master’s of Science degree in Cell Biology research oriented to Molecular Epigenetics at the Northeast Normal University, Changchun, Jilin, China the topic of my research was based on nutrition and aging. After my master, I have been taken as researcher at the Institute of Biomedical research in DRC. I am actually working on Food science development focusing on the inhibitory effect of diet fiber on obesity and diabetes. We are developing nanofiber from Japanese and Congolese vegetables to inhibit obesity.
