About Aaron Patterson

As a sports performance coach, I work with individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels, offering program design and instruction that will assist them in achieving their unique goals. While I work with athletes of all sports, specialties include tennis, track and field, volleyball/basketball, and softball. My passion has always leaned toward inspiring others as well as educating them on the importance of strength training, sports performance, and overall health and wellness. Though I strive to do that through my own unique channels, I also do so at Human Kinetics, the world's leading publisher of strength training, fitness, and education information. In my role at Human Kinetics, I educate through a video series titled "Learning with Human Kinetics," interview authors and experts in the industry, host a monthly social media chat session (Trainer Talk), and demonstrate correct form in an exercise technique video series.
