About Aaron Patton

With a solid background in Information Technology, business analysis, and a track record of success in customer service and project management, I am a highly experienced professional in the telecommunications industry. I graduated Traralgon College in 2015 and obtained my certificate in Information Technology through a traineeship at Latrobe Valley Computers from 2010 to 2014. I began my career as a Level 1 Support Officer at Aussie Broadband, and progressed through various roles, including Service Delivery Corporate Officer, Customer Service Team Leader, and Projects Officer. In July 2021, I joined Launtel as a Customer Service Officer, where I quickly moved into a Team Leader role in September 2021, and then a Projects Lead role in January 2022. My current role involves a combination of business analyst and development responsibilities. In addition, I am also a small business owner, running Gippshost, a web hosting company and Cookie Cutter Central, a 3d printing cookie cutter and embosser business. I am responsible for leading teams, managing projects, analyzing business requirements, and working alongside the development team to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients. I am currently not actively looking for new roles, but open to considering financially inviting opportunities.
