As a higher education professional with a passion for helping transfer students from underserved populations achieve their academic and career goals, I have dedicated my career to creating pathways to success for these students. With years of experience in this field, I have honed my skills in program development, student support, and community outreach. I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented minoritized students. Through my work, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of education and how it can change the trajectory of a person's life. This has inspired me to continually seek out innovative ways to support students on their academic journeys. In addition to my professional experience, I am also deeply interested in issues related to social justice and equity in higher education.
