About Aaron Phillips

Hard work, loyalty, dedication to the team, and excitement to learn new things. I may not be the smartest or even the best employee or team member in a company, and I prefer it that way so I can learn something new each day. I enjoy learning new things and am humble enough to understand I do not need to know it all as long as I am willing to seek the knowledge needed. Through my 35+ years in the workforce I have always excelled and been promoted every place I have worked. Special treatment is never expected, however, I do expect leadership that understands work is necessary but so is a balanced life. At ClimateCraft, I have had the opportunity to learn many new things. I have been promoted a few times and enjoyed improving my skill sets. I have also taken a step back from my OpEx position to help the production floor when I felt that I was not able to contribute what ClimateCraft needed. Once again I was offered an opportunity to become a Manufacturing Engineer, learning a new position and skill while I exercise my lean OpEx muscles. When I’m not working or writing, I am hanging out with my wife, four kids, and three dogs. We like to laugh, play games, and just have fun together. I also enjoy going on a motorcycle ride with my wife to find new eating destinations. I also love lifting weights which is generally counteracted by my love of eating food, it’s a tough balance sometimes. I thank you for your time reading my summary, may you have a great day.
