About Aaron Pierce

Hi, I’m Aaron— in part an industrial designer with a knack for turning big ideas into real-world products that actually work (and look great doing it). I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years—designer, window fabricator, furniture tester, medical device problem-solver, box logistics wrangler—and I love blending all of that into the way I approach design. I’ve helped launch products from napkin sketch to shelf, handling everything from CAD and prototyping to packaging, brandig, marketing, and even warranty support (because real life doesn’t stop at the unboxing). I’ve spent thousands of hours with fabrication teams and large-scale manufacturing programs across China, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and picked up plenty of domestic experience running a destructive testing lab (yes, that’s as fun as it sounds), learning from materials science, and managing quality programs. I’ve also led small teams to big wins—and done my best to keep the bottom line happy along the way. These experiences give me a strong cross-functional foundation, being able to speak to the needs of different parts of businesses because I've sat with them to understand their needs first. I use all those lessons and skills as a creative scaffolding to hang my industrial design instincts on—whether I’m sketching, modeling, making, or just jamming on ideas with a team. Most recently, I’ve been designing next-gen products at BOTE paddleboards with a scrappy, talented crew that’s as passionate about adventure as they are about design and I'm having a great time with them. I bring a lot of heart to what I do. I care about the details, but I also care about the people I work with—the team, the client, the user. I’ve been told my energy is contagious, my feedback is honest but kind, and I’ve got a good eye for turning client chaos into design momentum. Thanks for reading!
