About Aaron Pires

I am an enthusiastic, growing leader who is apart of the NLG Distribution Analytics and Reporting team. My focus is to provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted partner for stakeholders enterprise wide. I use Tableau on a daily basis to build, maintain and improve dashboards that give leadership maximum insight into the distribution side of our business. Another primary responsibility in my current role is to grow the adoption of our Tableau Server by providing quarterly educational trainings with leadership and incorporating feedback to make their experience more impactful. As a leader of an expanding team, there is so much joy in training newer analysts. There is no better feeling than seeing a new teammate developing their skills and thrive. When I am not working, I enjoy playing golf, tennis, biking, playing guitar, gardening and long beach days. Recently, my wife and I started pottery classes which has proven to be so much fun!
