About Aaron Poole

Aaron has spent years in open pits, engineering offices, and in-between. Along the way, he has led teams, balanced shifting priorities, wrangled schedules, and tried to keep both machines and people moving in the same direction. Whether managing teams or helping decision-makers navigate project risks, he bring dedication, a level-head, and a focus on solving problems. As a Qualified Person and Independent Engineer, I’ve led or contributed to over several project reviews and due diligence efforts tied to project financing and acquisitions. I provide practical, dependable support across the full mine life cycle—from conceptual design through operations to closure—anchored by hands-on experience and a commitment to technical integrity. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams in both field and corporate environments, managed reserve audits, optimized mine plans, and driven cost savings through operational efficiency. My work spans a wide range of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lithium, and niobium, with exposure to nearly every major deposit type.
