About Aaron Prunty

I have more than 10 years of combined experience in academia and industry as a technical leader in seismic signal processing and as a project manager of geophysical operations. I lead large, multi-disciplinary and collaborative projects with an emphasis on business impact, effective stakeholder and risk management, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities for project team members. A non-exhaustive list of my more recent experiences include:* Working in international teams across borders and time zones * Defining critical paths and project planning * Performing project risk assessments and managing change * Defining and estimating budgets * Assessing vendors for technical and HSSE performance * Conducting market tenders * Managing inernational operations * After action reviews and project closeouts with stakeholders and contractors * Designing geophysical surveys I'm insatiably curious about disruptive new technologies, how they work, and what opportunities they provide for value creation. I’m keen to explore how these technologies can enable long-term strategic goals, such as developing and executing technology roadmaps or innovation strategies.
