About Aaron Puckett

I graduated with a BFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University in July of 2017, and I am currently actively seeking to start a career in which I can apply my skills. I have learned effective time management and efficient team leadership in the fast paced world of the Fast Food industry, so I am quick at finding solutions to whatever problems may arise, especially those dealing with consumers' interests, and directing team members in a professional manner that ensures the task at hand is completed on time and above par standards. While being self-employed, I have had numerous clients hire me for line, copy, and content editing-most of these jobs were academic in nature, being theses and dissertations. Self-discipline and special attention to my work’s reputation, meaning I always go above and beyond in every job I do, has made me sought after. This is the nature of independent contracting; if one wishes to be rehired for a job, the work he does must exceed minimal expectations, or the client is likely to go elsewhere in the future. Currently, I am the digital marketing manager for Galaxy Ford, an auto dealership located in Smithville, TN. On a more personal note, though I do I love the written word—which is what attracted me to the writing industry to begin with— my true passion is the art of creation. Whether this involves telling a story or designing graphics, it is the act of creating something from what is seemingly nothing that holds a special place in both my professional and personal aspirations for my life. The genre I enjoy most is fantasy. Crafting stories and characters that do not fit into our known reality is something that sparks my creative side in a way the natural does not.
