About Aaron Ralph

A dedicated, detail-oriented analyst with excellent leadership & communicative skills. I attained a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Analytical Science in 2021, and have since then garnered 3.5 years of industrial experience collectively across several different roles in both the Li-Ion Battery Industry, and Pharmaceutical Industry. I have worked previously as a Quality Engineer, IOPS manufacturing Specialist, and as a quality assurance specialist. I currently work as a Quality Control Lead at Northvolt Labs AB in Västerås, Sweden, where I actively lead my team to success, conduct & participate in MSA/Validation studies; develop & improve existing test methods, amongst a vast array of other duties. Additionally, I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and possess extensive experience in statistical analyses gained both during my university studies and throughout my professional career.
