About Aaron Ranque

I am Aaron P. Ranque, 28 years of age. I am currently connected with Notre Dame High School in Elmira, New York. It is my joy teaching kids the subject I really love, that is Biology. As a facilitator of learning, I have seen students take up spaces while learning and enjoying Biology the same. I've seen students step outside of their comfort zones and assume responsibility. As to experiences, I began working for the government at the age of 20 in the City Environment and Natural Resources Offices. After passing the licensure examination on the first try. I resigned immediately and applied for a teaching position at a private institution in my city in order to gain extra points for my upcoming application to the Department of Education. I got the job and had my best 1 year of teaching experience. My exceptional performance in the school got me a coaching coordinatorship for Journalism specifically in Science writing and Photojournalism, I coached students and got the school recognized Division wide. After a year of experience in a private school, I applied for a position in the Department of Education and was offered a position as a secondary school teacher 1 in a remote municipality called Malimono. Regardless of the distance from my house. I traveled to an unknown location in search of greener pastures. This time, I was able to provide for my family's basic needs. In Malimono National High School, I excelled in so many ways. Despite having to travel back to the city every weekend to attend my classes, I completed my Master's degree during my time in Malimono. I completed all of my tasks responsibly for four years until I was offered a transfer order to Surigao del Norte National High School, which is now my work station. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. My classroom management technique is outstanding. I checked my advisory class everyday for their task responsibility through our group chats. Moreover, their parents can also check on their learners performance whenever through messenger. My teaching methods have improved day by day over the course of nearly 8 years. Lastly, I've come a long way toward becoming a progressivist existentialist teacher.
