About Aaron Ray

Navy veteran and former AE2 with a strong foundation in leadership and technical expertise. My journey began as an Eagle Scout, where I developed resilience and a commitment to service. As commander of my high school NJROTC unit, I honed my skills in mentorship and teamwork. I later worked with Xylem Tree Experts to maintain electrical pathways and keep them clear of vegetation, ensuring the reliability of city power. I am currently attending Southeast Lineman Training Center’s (SLTC) Electrical Line worker Program (ELP). Here I am gaining hands on experience in climbing, rigging, power distribution, high voltage safety, electrical systems, operating heavy equipment, and Class A CDL driving. This training builds directly on my military experience, equipping me to bring confidence, accuracy, and discipline to my next career. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about the outdoors and enjoy climbing, which fuels my love for adventure and challenges. I’m now seeking to leverage my military background in new opportunities!
