Program & Operations Management professional with core expertise in Targeting & Fires Integration, Command & Control systems, and multinational air-to-ground operations — complemented by broad experience in training, doctrine development, and fiscal oversight across NATO and U.S. Army organizations. With over 19 years of U.S. Army service and an active TS/SCI clearance, I bring proven expertise in leadership, technology integration, and program execution. I’ve managed teams of 100+ personnel, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, and coordinated joint and multinational operations across NATO environments. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in operational planning, targeting, and fire support integration, applying advanced C2 platforms including Maven Smart Systems (Target Workbench, Workshop, Gaia), AFATDS, and JADOCS to synchronize complex missions. I also manage air-to-ground integration for USAREUR-AF and NATO’s Multi-Corps Land Component Command (MCLCC) — writing, reviewing, and prioritizing Air Support Requests (ASRs) to align multinational airpower (fighters, bombers, EW, and reconnaissance) with ground maneuver forces. I’ve authored doctrine-based guides, led certification programs, and planned NATO’s largest European training exercise, ensuring interoperability and readiness at scale. My experience spans across training, doctrine development, interoperability testing (NATO CWIX), and fiscal stewardship (DTS Approver) — demonstrating both technical depth and leadership versatility.
